I. THE PRODUCT OF FALSE TEACHERS (Vs.2)

A. Wicked Behavior From Unbridled Lives (2a) "And many shall follow their pernicious ways;..."
B. Willful Blasphemy From Ungodly Lips (2b) "...by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of."

II. THE PRACTICE OF FALSE TEACHERS (Vs. 3)

A. Their Motivation Is Greed (3a) "And through covetousness..."
B. Their Methodology Is Guile (3b) "...shall they with feigned words..."
C. Their Morality Is Godless (3c) "...make merchandise of you;..."

III. THE PROMISE TO FALSE TEACHERS (Vs. 3d-3e)

A. Judgment For Them Is Actively On Target (3d) "...whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not,..."
B. Justice For Them Is Assuredly On Time (3e) "...and their damnation slumbereth not."
