IV. IT IS PERSUADED BY TRUTH (17d) "...and easy to be intreated,..."

V. IT IS PRODUCTIVE IN ITS TASKS (17e-17f)

A. It Is Fully Compassionate In Its Ways (17e) "...full of mercy..."
B. It Is Fruitfully Confirmed By Its Works (17f) "...and good fruits,..."

VI. IT IS PROPER IN ITS TREATMENTS (17g) "...without partiality,..."

VII. IT IS PERFECT IN ITS TRANSPARENCY (17h) "...and without hypocrisy."
